Description
Hosted by: Anrif
Location: TBD, likely Zoom, with the possibility of an in-person format depending on interest
What does a healthy, longevity-oriented day actually look like in real life?
Many of us care about health optimization, but the way we apply it can look very different from person to person. One member may focus on sleep, another on supplementation, another on movement, meal timing, stress regulation, or building routines that are actually sustainable.
This event is meant to explore that in a practical and human way.
Rather than trying to literally follow someone around all day, we’ll simulate a “day in the life” through group discussion. The goal is to come together and share how we each approach health, longevity, and self-optimization in everyday life.
This idea came from several of our members during a recent event, and it felt worth turning into its own dedicated conversation.
What to expect
We’ll hear from multiple perspectives and open the floor to discussion around questions like:
• What does your morning look like, and why
• How do you approach food, exercise, sleep, and supplementation
• What small habits or systems help keep you consistent
• What has changed over time, and what has actually stuck
• What do you do that feels especially effective, sustainable, or worth sharing
Some participants will also have the option to volunteer for a deeper presentation of their own systems and routines. These presenters will submit their interest ahead of time through a Google Form and come prepared to walk us through a more complete picture of how they structure their day.
Their contributions will serve as a launching pad for broader group discussion.
Who it’s for
• Anyone curious about how others structure their health and longevity routines
• Anyone looking for practical ideas, inspiration, or new systems to try
• Anyone who wants to reflect more clearly on their own daily habits
• Anyone interested in presenting their own “day in the life” in a deeper way
No perfect routine required. No performance necessary. Just curiosity, reflection, and the opportunity to learn from one another.
What to prepare
If you’re attending, it may help to think ahead about a few areas of your own life, such as:
• Sleep
• Exercise and movement
• Food and meal timing
• Supplementation
• Work and stress management
• Social connection
• Recovery, focus, and mindset
You do not need to have everything figured out. The point is not to impress, it is to share what is real.
Interested in presenting?
A Google Form will be shared for anyone who wants to volunteer to present their own systems in greater depth.
This will include a few extra questions to help presenters clarify what they do, why they do it, and what might be useful for others to learn from.

This is not about building the perfect routine. It is about learning how different people make longevity real in everyday life.
