Description

If you’ve recently completed a DEXA scan, or are considering doing one, this follow-up call is designed to help you make sense of the data and decide what to do with it.

In this one-hour session, we’ll go over the main questions people tend to have after receiving their results, including:

  • What the scan is actually measuring
  • How to interpret the numbers in a practical way
  • What changes may or may not matter over time
  • How repeat scans can help track progress on a 6-month or yearly basis

We’ll also share resources for those who want to better understand body composition, bone health, visceral fat, lean mass, and related metrics.

For those interested, this call will also open the door to the possibility of setting personal objectives and participating in optional group accountability challenges. That may include shared goals, check-ins, or simple ways to stay on track between scans.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle, maintain bone health, reduce visceral fat, or simply better understand your baseline, this session is meant to provide clarity, context, and next steps.
