LM Founders Roundtable (3rd Annual Community Meetup)

Date: 8 March 2026

Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Organizer(s): Longevity Montreal, Don’t Die Montreal

Description

Hosted by: Anrif

Once a year, we take over the same room and use it as a reset point, new faces, old faces, one shared table.

This year we’re calling it the Longevity Montreal Founders Roundtable. The name is simple, the people who show up are the ones who decide what we build next, the 6-month rhythm, the kinds of events we prioritize, and which projects are actually worth executing.

We’ll start with a short presentation to set direction (where Longevity Montreal is going, what’s changing, what’s realistic). After that, it’s a mix of guided conversation and plenty of time to meet each other, compare interests, and turn that into a cadence the community can sustain.

Longevity Montreal is a shared home base for the broader longevity scene, regardless of its different approaches or different priorities. The goal stays the same; better health, better systems, and better people around you.

Speaking of, to all:

What to know

  • 4-hour meetup, structured enough to move things forward, relaxed enough to feel human

  • Short roadmap upfront, then guided roundtable, then open mingling

  • We’ll collect simple inputs (interests, availability, skills, neighborhood area) so we can plan events people actually attend

  • The Community Form applies to everyone, not just “leaders”, we’ll have a QR code on-site too

  • There’s a nice lounge area outside the room (sofa space), it’s available as overflow space for side conversations and one-on-ones

  • Optional continuation after, we’ll choose from nearby spots based on group size and vibe

Who it’s for

  • New faces who want to meet real people in the Montreal longevity scene

  • Past members who want to reconnect and plug into the next chapter

  • People into longevity through Don’t Die, Bryan Johnson, optimization, training, biomarkers, lifestyle design, or any mix of the above

  • Builders, organizers, facilitators, creators, and anyone who wants to help shape the community, even in small ways

Agenda (≈)

11:00 – 11:40 Arrival + mingle (name tags, quick intros, settle in)
11:40 – 12:05 Opening talk, what Longevity Montreal is becoming, why now
12:05 – 12:25 6-month roadmap preview (schedule structure + what’s coming)
12:25 – 12:35 Clarifying questions
12:35 – 13:20 Connection block (open mingle + topic corners, Don’t Die, training, nutrition, tracking, recovery, community, business)
13:20 – 14:05 Founders Roundtable, “If we’re 50, 100, 250+ people, what becomes possible?”
14:05 – 14:35 Skill + interest matching, delegation, forming small “pods” for follow-through
14:35 – 14:55 Community extras, book relay kickoff, local offers, quick announcements
14:55 – 15:00 Next steps, sign-ups for upcoming events, & close

Micro-incentives (small, fun, community-building)

  • Don’t Die book relay: We hold a copy of Bryan Johnson's book "Don't Die", and have developed a tradition.

    • Freely given to interested parties under 1 condition. When you finish it, you sign your name inside and pass it forward.

      • With good timing, a copy has returned and is looking for its fourth owner!
  • Local offer table: if you run a local business or work somewhere relevant, bring a sample or discount code and we’ll make space to share it quickly (no hard selling, see the Partnership Form for future opportunities).

Don’t Die Montreal, stewardship call

Don’t Die Montreal is one of the pillars that helped spark Montreal's longevity community. If you’re someone who genuinely lives and breathes the Don't Die ethos, and you’d be excited to help steward it (events, continuity, energy), I’m actively looking for a few people to take point on it going forward.

Flag it in the Community Form or grab me during the ≈14h “pods” block.
